Purpose:
To celebrate the birth of our motherland, Uganda as she makes 55 years of existence as a republic.
To reflect on our achievements/short comings as a nation and also as a people of Ugandan descent living in the State of Colorado.
To promote our Ugandan traditions, culture and more among our children and our American friends.
To strengthen the bond of love, friendship and togetherness among Ugandans living in the State of Colorado
Lastly, to socialize, network and just simply be happy.
Theme:
The theme of the day will be…”Inspiring the youths”… in the Colorado Ugandan Community.
