Dear Colorado Ugandan Community member/friend:
We all received the bad news of the sudden death of a fellow community member, the late Sara Serubula with great surprise and sadness. Yesterday, Sunday, August 27th, the late Sara Serubula was found unresponsive by her brother, Mr. Solomon Muwanga . Sara was staying at Mr. Muwanga’s residence as a guest. The City and County of Denver coroner pronounced her dead at the scene. Kitalo!
The late Sara Nanteza Serubula, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Senoga on December 24th, 1962 in Mpigi District, Uganda. Sara, a jovial and always friendly person, was a trained lawyer and Registered Nurse by profession.
The late Sara Serubula, together with her husband, moved to Denver, Colorado in the fall of 1991, a place they have called home ever since.
The late Sara, leaves behind a husband, Mr. Abe Serubula and they were going to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this year. Together, they have two boys; Anwar Batte, 28 and Rahyan Ssozi 25.
